A Healthy Dose of Spring

Are you ready to be inspired by light and airy colors? Want to usher in spring with some gauzy ideas, bird themed accessories and a feeling of relaxed sophistication? Or do you just want to see some pretty stuff?

I find lots of inspiration from Lola B's Boutique. Love this sweet mirror.

And these shabby wall plates are the perfect way to dress up the walls of a builder beige rental--and only $6.95!

Sometimes I just hang out at the blog and listen to the music and look at the pretty rooms. Lots of white, burlapy texture and painted paneling--wonder if I can mimic this in one of my rooms?

If you've just got to have this style in your own home Kasey can help you with her design services.

But this darling dresser is my favorite. If only I lived closer. Be sure to stop by Lola B's blog and register for a fantastic giveaway. And don't forget to check out the lovely shop!

Beautiful pictures. Thanks for being our Personal Blog Shopper and doing all the work of finding great posts for us :)
You deserve a raise!

I'm going to SO copy those white flowing curtains in my living room. I have similar windows, and I've left them 'undressed' ....until now.

Looks so lovely. I'm off to check it out. Your painted sticks are awesome, by the way. I've been eyeing the tree in my yard, planning how I'm going to "trim" off a few branches to mimic you. :)

Time to get the kiddies to school!

I have a ? for you.

How do I overcome my aversion to painting wood ?

Our home was built in 1986. The kitchen cabinets are dark wood as is the cabinet in the main bath. The most inexpensive option to update is to paint them all white.

That was alot of fun. I enjoyed my visit.

Love the dresser! I always dream of putting one like that in my daughter's room someday.... When she gets to kick her twin brother out---it's not really BOY style!
