An Introduction of Sorts

Meet the lady with the pretty button up there on the right, fellow blogger, Misti, had a sassy idea and just opened her etsy shop. She calls them sknobs and they are adorable are they not? They are hand painted wooden knobs and I want them everywhere. Some people come to me wanting to advertise their wares and that is great but in Misti's case, I love what she did and pursued her--she is so talented!

This girl can paint. She recently had an order of 40 sknobs that she custom painted for a craft room. And if you are in Miami, you can find her items in a local shop.

The sknobs are so big!

Wait, these are even bigger!

Attach them to a piece of wood for a charming coat rack. You can use them on your cabinets in any room of the house: kitchen, bathroom or laundry. I'd love one as a finial on a lamp. Or use one attached to the wall with a favorite framed photo or plate hanging from it on a ribbon. They can also be used as drapery rod finials. Or simply replace your old boring dresser knobs in your rooms with these.

Misti can custom create any style of painted knob that your painted knob loving heart desires.

Oh, and she can also paint a fun and whimsical rendition of your favorite canine friend--just send her a photo. Misti is having a giveaway over at her blog today. Be sure to visit Studio M Designs for a chance to win a $40 gift certificate! Click on the square button to visit her etsy shop.

The two of you should team up to create a few items. How cute would one of your tassels look with some of her painting on a finial topper?
