Amen to spray paint and diet pepsi! I really need to get me some upholstery tacks! Also I use the brown shoe polish in a tin to age things, works great.

My summers seem to consist of a lot of painting, so I'd have to add a really good sturdy ladder with a caddy on top that holds all the other stuff!

Though I will admit that having to climb up and down the ladder 900 times certainly improves my rear view!

Becky said...

My drill! I don't know why, but I love it. It is perfect for all kinds of little home makeover projects.

Katie said...

What?!?! No ring clips in your top five? I'd have to have stitch witchery on my top five.

AND i want to hear about painting the armoire! please...do tell

i'm trying to get the guts to paint mine too!

Can I have a pre-list? I like your top five, but I need a pre-#1: coffee. Even on these hot days, I need a cuppa joe to get going in the morning, especially if I'm going to be busy feathering my nest.

By the way, I hear you make a mean iced coffee. Is that right? How do you do it?

Hey there, Nester. I got some plate hangars at an estate sale once upon a time but now I wish I had a gazillion more. I don't however like how much they cost retail. Do you have any helpful hints on how to get them cheap? Just wondering. Thanks! Kelly
