I just now got home from the Flea Market and bought some old doorknobs to make a coatrack type thing like the one you have pictured - I can't wait to get started!! The knobs were so pretty and the lady had a ton to choose from!! Her booth was incredible - in true blogger fashion, I will of course do a post about it!!

For what it's worth: I tried a variation of the license plate thing a few years ago, and loved it during the day. But at night the license plates GLOW weird in the lamp light...and heaven forbid you turn on a tv in a dark room with license plates on the wall! It was like a disco room. I took them down after just 24 hours.
