They've done it again. That team of creative geniuses over at the Curious Sofa has decked the halls with skulls that are gory. Even if you hate Halloween, you have to appreciate the attention to detail and the clever, amazing, captivating ideas..
There are about 20 thousand more photos at The Curious Sofa Diaries. Remember how it looked last year?
Also, I loved this spider web project over at Imperfectly Beautiful, I just know my boys would love to have that on our front porch.
Lastly, did you see this Pottery Barn knock off over at Living with Lindsay?

OMG..I love it...so creatively spooky...but fun ;-)
Wow! That IS so creative! I don't really get into the spook aspect of it all, but goodness - they seem to have a lot of original ideas~! I LOVE the outside arrangement! =-D
Those Chandeliers are amazing! I could do that...now that I see the idea! Thanks, Janell
Those birds give me the heebies! AWESOME!
i really hope you look at my post entitled: 'imperfect at best'
it is all about the blackbird.....
wonderful creation on the ladder...
Curious Sofa is always inspiring. But my home is our safe haven - NO spooky here thank you!
Love it all, except for the baby doll heads. Those things give me the creeps BAD!
Is it weird to say that some of that Halloween stuff is beautiful?
I do love the Curious Sofa. But there's a problem. They're close to me.....like REALLLLLY close to me. So close that when I walk to the grocery store later this afternoon, I will walk by the shop. This leads to two issues.
- Waaaay to much opportunity for temptation.
- Makes it difficult to steal their ideas outright since the real thing is a hop-skip-jump away and my version will pale in comparison.
Ahhh, but who cares. I did steal the mummy cloth idea this year. I have the fabric; just need to find the time to wrap the chandelier and candelabra!
Wow - those are great ideas. I love the trees with all of the birds. That is way creepy!
XOXO
Jen
Love the pumpkins and I prefer my skulls with the skin ON! :-)
Fun ideas. I've had a little more fun with spook in my home this year. I did a cheerfully spooky door this year for October. I love pulling up to our home-especially in the evenings! And I did it mostly with stuff I already had around the house - woo hoo!
I love all the pictures. This is a wonderful setup for halloween! Great ideas!
I live near to Curious Sofa, and was thrilled for her that you showed pictures of it on your blog. It's a wonderful store, so if you are in the KC area be sure and stop in and help support such a one of a kind shop!
Halp--where is KC? Kansas City? I'm such a dork.
I love all of these ideas for Halloween! Can't wait to get started on mine!
