OH. MY. GOODNESS. I have "arrived". I have been mentioned in the Garland Roundup. WOOHOO! I have been so inspired by so many ideas on the list. So many beautiful and totally inspiring ideas. I wish I had a home with 12 fireplaces (or more) and I could decorate each one a certain way. I would use so many of these ideas!

Thanks, Nester, for your wonderful blog.

Though I did not make it to all of them, a lot of people did. I got like 500 hits the last two days!!

Crazy, wonderful, garland-making people!!!!!

Oh my dear Nester I feel like a 7th grader who was just introduced to the cutest girl in school (with the coolest Trapper Keeper)....and then met all her wonderful friends! Thank you so much for the party and all the pesky linking you had to do to do the 'highlights'. You are so generous with your ideas and with your friends. I've gotten so many visitors....if I had known, I would've put some cider on to simmer and baked some cookies.
And dusted. I definitely would've dusted.
Love and blessings,
edie

Yea for Edie's colored lights, and now a reason to dust. Maybe I will...next year...dust, that is.

I love her colored lights, but I just don't know if I can break away from my white ones. I love them. The colored lights have been regulated to the kids' tree, but they get a full size one - along with my full size white lights one. :)

Standing and applauding!

I am envious of you all. I have zero skills. Some one teach me. Mold me. Help me. I would be embarrassed for any of you to see the attempt I made (and I did make it) and then chickend out. Glad I did after seeing all 150 garlands that ROCKed some Christmas stockings.

Standing ovation to you all.
(wiping tears)
It's just beautiful!!!!!
