Oh my word. I am loving this cookbook! Ree has basically taught me how to cook through her blog and now I can hold the book in my hands! And it's a steal of a deal at only $13. I've made about 20 of her recipes and we've LOVED them all!{That link up there is an affiliate link, just so you know. If you click on it and buy a book then Kimba will get a tiny percentage of the sales. I know. Kimba. I live in NC and Amazon and NC tax law don't mix. THANK YOU! My husband and I BOTH needed to read that post by Mother/Daughter. Excellent. Now I am headed over to see if Pioneer Woman can teach me how to cook.

I've cooked her enchiladas, oatmeal crispies (oh gosh, like Lays - you can't eat just one), her lasagna, chicken spagetti, migas, Iny's prune cake (actually very good & nobody had to run to the bathroom!)and other stuff I can't remember. Oh yeah, from her cowgirl food category - asian salad (AWESOME).
